Custom Meat Processing on the Iron Range

About Iron to Iron Butchery

Iron to Iron Butchery is a family owned and operated custom exempt meat processing facility located on our farm in Tower, Minnesota. Custom exempt facilities are inspected by the state inspection program regularly and serve farmers, hunters, and owners of livestock. On our site, we process beef, pork, goat, sheep and deer.

We slaughter and process the animal at our facility, where we double wrap cuts in plastic and butcher paper to preserve freshness, and our ground meat (fresh, breakfast sausage or Italian sausage) is bagged. Our spice blends for our sausage are homemade using simple and high quality ingredients- We never use store-bought premixed spice blends for any of our products.
