About Iron to Iron Butchery
Iron to Iron Butchery is a custom exempt meat processing facility located on our farm in Tower, Minnesota. Custom exempt facilities are inspected by the state inspection program regularly and serve farmers, hunters, and owners of livestock. On our site, we process beef, pork, goat, sheep and deer.
We slaughter and process the animal at our facility, where we double wrap cuts in butcher paper and plastic to preserve freshness, and our ground meat (fresh, breakfast sausage or Italian sausage) is bagged. Our spice blends for our sausage are homemade using high quality ingredients- We never use premixed spices for any of our products.
